The La Palma area will soon welcome Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck this July.
The eatery is coming to the Acadia Apartments in Cypress. Originating in Los Angeles in 2012, the business was founded by two cousins, Sabin Lomac and Jim Tselikis, who hatched the idea based on their experiences growing up in Maine and wanting to bring that culinary sensibility to the Southern California region.
The food truck served fresh lobster rolls, the same kind they remembered having as children, and it took off as a word-of-mouth success. However, early on, into their emerging but already popular business, Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck soon found its way onto the national stage with a reality TV show appearance. The producers of Shark Tank were early customers of the food truck.
Today, the truck operates in multiple states throughout the country. However, at the beginning, it was only one location in Los Angeles. That expansion was made possible, in part, thanks to an investment brought about by the Shark Tank appearance.
Food businesses like this may choose to use Stationery printing to create Menus, food truck Signs, and appearance schedules.
Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck is visiting Cypress on Tuesday, July 7 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Acadia Apartments at 5155 Katella Ave in Cypress.
