Annual event celebrates the automobile

Auto Enthusiast Day is taking place in Orange County next month, presented by Driving Line and Nitto Tire.

Visitors will be able to watch drift and off-road demonstrations, participate in raffles for prizes, or take in the car show, which is expected to feature over 500 cars, motorcycles, and trucks of all kinds, be they vintage, classic, or contemporary.

Over 75 vendors will also be on hand to sell a range of automobile-related merchandise including clothing and accessories, and even cars themselves. Booths will be available for purchase until August 7 and range in size from 10 x 10-feet to 20 x 30-feet; the maximum number of cars allowed in vendor booths is three.

There will also be entertainment and specials guests Vaughan Gittin Jr., a Formula Drift champion and Mad Mike Whiddett, a professional drifter. Drifting is a high-speed technique that involves tipping a car up on its wheels.

This popular event regularly attracts 15,000 visitors each year from all over the area, including La Palma. Vendors are asked to provide giveaways like Promotional Products to those who stop by their booths.
