Many of those here in Mesa interested in staying healthy and keeping fit will be heading to the 25th annual East Valley Health and Wellness Expo coming in early August and/or the East Valley 25th Annual Women's Day Out Expo coming in October.
Attendees at the August expo can look forward to talking with health and wellness experts about mental health, psychology, nutrition and fitness, and exploring health services, other resources, new wellness and health products and interactive exhibits. New local primary care professionals will be looking for patients.
Professionals that are new in an area and attend events like this usually get current Business Cards printed at local Print shops to pass out to potential clients.
The Seminar Theater will have wellbeing experts giving talks about the new technologies and practices in their respective fields.
General admission will be free and there will be door prizes.
The East Valley 25th Annual Health and Wellness Expo will take place from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Mesa Convention Center Building B, 263 N. Center Street, Saturday, August 2nd.
For those not able to attend this expo, another will take place October 25th at the same location and time. This will be The East Valley 25th Annual Women's Day Out Expo. Medical and nutrition experts will provide health screenings and pampering stations will offer skin care demonstrations and spa treatments. Guests may enjoy food and wine tastings, vacation and travel planners, home remodeling ideas, and free educational seminars.
