Mesa all set to celebrate itself

Celebrate Mesa - the Fall 2025 Edition, will be coming to the city in mid-October.

The Cassidy Hilgers Trio will be performing on the main stage, and children will be treated to Mrs. Potts Tea Party where they may meet Cinderella and Rapunzel. Interactive zones will include archery tag, an AZ Mobile Petting Zoo, and Dino Crew Entertainment, which is an interactive dinosaur experience with 7 feet to 13 feet long life-size dinosaur-suited skilled performers, lifelike puppets, and encounters tailored to age groups. Interactive activities will include fossil digs and photo opportunities.

Photos taken at experiences like this often go to Print shops to be included in family newsletters.

The Run 2 See zone will offer face painting. City of Mesa vehicles like police and fire units will be on display and ready for exploring.

MABEL, (the Mesa Arts Center's Mobile Art-Based Engagement Lab) will be available. This 12-foot modular trailer offers free hands-on art experiences. Some activities are cyanotype printing, a mini Print press, button making, and co-creating sessions. It also has immersive storytelling.

Admission is free for the event. Volunteers will be needed to assist with the carnival rides, petting zoo, archery tag, and other activities. Local public groups, individuals and teens are invited to participate.

Celebrate Mesa will take place on Saturday, October 11 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Red Mountain Multiuse Fields South, 905 N Sunvalley Boulevard.
