The Mesa Amphitheatre is hosting a performance by Midland this September.
The country music trio consists of Cameron Duddy, Jess Carson and Mark Wystrach.
Known for their steel guitar sound, robust harmonies and a nonchalant stage presence, Midland covers classic country subject matter, such as love, loss and homages to their home state, Texas, but with a modern twist.
Midland’s music has received both commercial success and critical acclaim, as they are Grammy-nominated and enjoy regular radio play with their five-times platinum-selling single that topped the Billboard charts, “Drinkin’ Problem.”
They’ve also turned out other hits, like “Cheatin’ Songs,” “Burn Out,” “Make A Little,” and “On The Rocks,” all while evolving their sound from one album to the next.
Midland is joined by other up-and-coming acts in the country field, including Niko Moon, who is the mind behind the triple-platinum-selling song “Good Time.” In 2025, the artist released a tropical-themed album called American Palm, following that up with an homage to the American South, Roots.
Rattlesnake Milk is also joining in for the concert, bringing their signature sound exploring the dark underbelly of what it means to be a cowboy and the loneliness that it can entail.
