Mesa Halloween would not be the same without its annual Frights in the Lights drive-thru Light show during the month of October.
Larger-than-life lighted spiders, pumpkins, ghosts, and goblins, as well as other creepy, terrifying Halloween harbingers, await guests as they drive in their cars, trucks, limos, vans and mini-buses along the designated lane through the Thompson Event Center parking area. All vehicles must be under 12 feet tall.
Pre-admission tickets will start at $29.95 per carload. and will go up at the door. It is advisable to get tickets beforehand as there is a limit on the number of vehicles allowed to enter at any given time each night. Even then, tickets may only be purchased during slow times.
There is also a limited edition of little stuffed light-up bears with the event Logo Design on their paws, and skeletons with the logos on their chests, available for purchase. These are $20 online and will be $30 at the door.
Frights in the Lights will be open October 7 through 31, Sundays through Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with the except of two Mondays – October 10 and 17 – when the venue will be closed. Thompson Event Center is located at 1901 N Alma School Road.
