Local Chamber of Commerce holds spring golf tournament

The Mesa Chamber of Commerce will be holding its annual Golf Tournaments toward the middle of April.

Registration will be $150 for individual players and $500 for foursomes. Golfers may sign up online or by returning information on slips that are on the event flyer.

Swag includes tee-shirts, hats and towels sporting this year’s event graphic design and golf balls featuring the Golf Ball sponsor’s Logo Design.

Activities will include a MD Helicopters Ball Drop, Ivan Martinez Photography and Sally’s rolling Hospitality Cart. There will also be raffles, a silent auction and contests including longest drive, hole-in-one and closest to the pin. There will also be a ball launcher.

The tournament will begin at noon with registration and boxed lunch. A shotgun start will be at 1:00 pm and the Ball Drop will be at 5:30 pm.

Winner of the tournament will receive a $400 gift certificate from the Pro Shop. Second place will receive a$300 Pro Shop Gift Certificate and third place will get a Pro Shop gift certificate worth $200.

The event will take place at the Alta Mesa Golf Club designed for the players that enjoy walking. It is an 18-hole traditionally designed championship 160- acre course.

The 2021 Mesa Chamber Annual Golf Tournament has been scheduled for April 15th at the Alta Mesa Golf Club, 1460 Alta Mesa Drive.
