Health expo comes to Mesa

The 20th East Valley Health and Wellness Expo will be coming to Mesa at the end of August.

This free event will feature health and fitness experts and companies that will be giving advice, demonstrating the latest technologies and selling products and services that help maintain a good health style in the home and workplace.

Guests can take a look at special diets and foods such as natural wholefood, vegan, paleo vegetarian, free from and gluten free food, and drink brands and products.

Attendees may sample the latest organic and natural foods, teas, smoothies, breakfast foods, snacks and on-the-go meals.

Personal care and beauty items such as natural hygiene products, plant-derived organic skincare, and vegan-friendly and toxin free beauty products vendors will be on hand giving out free samples, discussing their goods and services and selling their brands.

Nutrition supplements for bath time, tooth care, vitamins, nutritional, herbal, mineral supplements, and personal care items for the whole family will be available. Alternative medicines like oriental Medicine, Homeopathy and Naturopathy will be discussed in lectures and forums.

Sustainable living and household products including garden, clothing and cleaning and organic and natural pet products will also be available for purchase.

Vendors at expos like this usually bring lots of Business Cards to distribute to potential customers.

East Valley Health and Wellness Expo will be Saturday, August 29 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Mesa Convention Center, 263 North Center Street, Building B.
