Annual concert series returns to Mesa

Mesa Arts Center will be bringing back its annual Out To Lunch Concert Series for six Thursday evening performances over seven weeks beginning at the end of October.

Those attending these outdoor performances are encouraged to bring blankets, cushions, and folding chairs, as seats are limited.

Rock Lobster will be playing 80’s music to open the series on October 26th; they will be followed on Thursday, November 2 by Gustavo Angeles presenting Rock and Espanol, and Native American Flute and Percussion will be presented by R. Carlos Naki and William Clipman on the 9th.

Walt Richarson & Friends will perform World Music on the 16th while Dennis Rowland will reminisce with Memories of Tony the 30th.

The series will skip Thanksgiving week and resume in December.

The big finale will be Big Zephyr with The Christmas Show on December 7th. This will be 90 minutes of holiday music such as Merry Christmas Baby, Run Run Rudolph, I’ll Be Home for Christmas and Santa Baby.

Sponsorships are available through custom sponsorship packages that may be purchased from the Mesa Arts Center’s development director and development team.

Larger businesses and corporations often donate Corporate Gifts to art and music centers like this as part of their community outreach efforts.

All performances will be free to attend, running from 12:30pm to 1:30pm at 1 E Main Street.
