Execute To Win (ETW), a spinoff of Able Aerospace, is moving its headquarters to Chandler.
The startup is set to occupy a 4,700 square foot space in the First Credit Union Building on Arizona Avenue. ETW anticipates having all of its 25 employees moved into the new location by mid-2017, and says it will add about 25 more people to its payroll by the year's end.
ETW is the brainchild of Lee Benson, who runs an airplane part remanufacturing facility in Phoenix. He developed a platform that tracks and measures an employee's performance against the objectives of the organization for which he or she works. The software used in this evaluation includes methods for turning the employee's performance into the practical execution of the company's objectives. The software became ETW.
Chandler's mayor, Jay Tibshraeny, said the arrival of ETW was good for both the company and the city. It brings well-paying technology jobs that fit with Chandler's economic development aims, as well as contributing to the city's reputation as the hub for technology and innovation in the southwest.
For his part, Benson said Chandler's central location, as well as the amenities found in the area, were key reasons for choosing it as ETW's home.
