The Cays at Downtown Ocotillo, a luxury condo project in Chandler, is celebrating the completion of phase two and the beginning of phase three with a party, and everyone is invited.
The Statesman Group developed The Cays, which offers luxury condominiums with one- and two-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 862 square feet to 1,512 square feet in size. The entire project is close to Downtown Ocotillo, a district of the city that offers coffee shops, wine lounges, and a number of restaurants.
Cays residents can take advantage of the golf course, biking and walking paths, parks, shoreline, and man-made lakes that comprise the master-planned community of Ocotillo. The lakes cover 162 acres, which is rare for the desert state of Arizona, and have made the proximity to an area for water sports one of the biggest draws of the development. In addition, pro golfer Phil Mickelson acquired the course recently; the Ocotillo Golf Resort won accolades from Golf Digest Magazine.
Those who attend the event will have a chance to tour the development and see model homes up close, while they enjoy light refreshments that will be provided by some of Downtown Ocotillo's favorite restaurants. Fun events like this can benefit if organizers use flyer printing to create handouts that explains the layout of the community to visitors.
The celebration is set for 10:00 am until 3:00 pm next Saturday, January 12.
