Chandler will once again host its event for the #AZ48 Chandler Half Marathon, 10K and 5K, drawing runners from across the state.
The quick route remains on flat terrain throughout a needle-threading of downtown Chandler streets.
A handmade medal, rendered in stained glass awaits anyone who finishes the half-marathon, 10K or 5K. There will also be special recognition for the top three runners, for both men and women, in all of the race length categories, broken down by age group.
Amenities for the race include places to drink water and refill water bottles, festivities after the finish line and cheering crowds. The Hilton Garden Inn will also host special rates for people visiting Chandler, specifically for the race.
In addition to the finishing medals, which include a detachable, commemorative pin, there is also other merchandise available in connection with the race, such as women’s tank tops, unisex T-Shirts, unisex jackets, a visor and a hat.
Athletic events like this may choose to use brochure printing for information about running routes, programs and upcoming events.
The Chandler #AZ48 Half Marathon, 10k and 5k is happening on October 26 in downtown Chandler. The day before the race, on October 25, an expo will be held at the Chandler Community Center, in which participants can retrieve pickup packets. This is important because pickup packets can’t be picked up on the same day of the race; only reserved packets can, which need to be arranged ahead of time online.
