Chandler office building topped out

The Offices at Chandler Viridian, the city's tallest office building, was recently topped out.

“Topping out” refers to the placement of the final beam at the top of a construction project, and sometimes is cause for a party, often held on the construction site.

The Offices at Chandler Viridian is a Class A building that rises six stories, and comprises 250,000 square feet for a variety of tenants. The new building is located near the Chandler Fashion Center, at the intersections of Loops 101 and 102.

The Chandler Viridian is a master-planned project that covers 25 acres. The mixed-used development includes the office tower, retail space at a location known as Chandler Viridian PRIMEGATE, luxury apartments, a Cambria hotel, and a pedestrian walkway that leads to the shopping mall, Chandler Fashion Center.

The project also includes a dog park, a public area with Wi-Fi and high-speed internet, as well as a jogging trail that runs for three quarters of a mile, and connects all the properties in the project. All of the amenities are designed to enhance the experience of pedestrians who come to the center. It is expected that November will be the move-in date of the first tenants.

New developments like this need to attract tenants, so developers might consider working with a brochure printing company to create colorful illustrated Booklets that show the site's amenities.
