Chandler will be giving its veteran community a hearty salute when it welcomes them for an event that will thank them for their service.
The city will be marking Veteran’s Day in a variety of ways, one of which is its Military Appreciation Breakfast. Currently serving members are also welcome to enjoy the event.
The gathering will see vets offered a complimentary breakfast, and along with this, there will be a presentation of colors for the various branches, as well as entertainment. Attendees will be able to learn about the various services and supports that may be available to former military members, and each veteran may bring one guest with them.
While the celebration is geared at vets, the general public is also on the guestlist. Their registration will open on Monday, November 4. Anyone who has questions can reach the organizers by phone at 480-782-2720.
An appreciation event gives a community the chance to thank those who keep it safe, whether they serve at home or abroad. Full color programs, certificates of thanks, and other materials that may be used during a special occasion can be crafted by professional Stationery printers.
The Chandler Community Center will be saluting its veterans and currently serving military members next Friday, November 8. The doors will open at 8:30 am, and the event will wrap up at 10:30 am.
