The Willows Lodge, located in Woodinville, was recently honored by being chosen to receive a prestigious designation.
The Business Insider magazine selected the venue as its pick of all the hotels in Washington State. The choice was made based upon several different factors, including levels of amenities and the level of service it provides to its guests.
According to the magazine, the Willows Lodge was helped by its calming spa, scenic location, outdoor spa tub, and relaxing garden.
The lodge’s regional director and general manager, Denny Fitzpatrick, noted that his employers are “ecstatic” about the establishment being chosen, and he feels that the consistently high levels of service, sense of warmth, and commitment to guest satisfaction all contribute to making it an award-winning location. He also feels that the lodge’s The Barking Frog restaurant is much appreciated by visitors.
Each guest room features a balcony, its own fireplace and sunken tub, and upgrades are currently taking place to add new 48-inch flat screen TVs to each room, as well as new carpeting to the building. The banquet facilities are also scheduled for a revamp.
Receiving such a distinction can help to boost the business levels of such an establishment. Brochure printers can be called upon to create new publications that let potential customers know about awards and why they have been achieved.
