An upcoming Woodinville event will bring cheer—literally.
The Falcon Cheer Club is the sponsor of the upcoming Winter Cheer Clinic, which will feature the Varsity Cheerleaders from Woodinville High School. People are invited to bring their children who will have a chance to dance and cheer with the varsity squad.
Organizers ask that people attending the clinic arrive early to register, as the event will start on time. Registration will take some time, as it includes learning a dance and cheers. Poms and a T-shirt are optional. Those attending the clinic will be invited to perform with the Varsity Squad at a basketball game. People should bring a water bottle and a snack; the rest will be provided. Events like this can benefit when organizers create colorful advertisements for them, which they can do with poster printing.
All proceeds from the cheer clinic will go to help support Falcon Cheer Booster, who in turn support the WHS Cheer squad. The school district is not involved with this or other Falcon Cheer activities.
The clinic is scheduled for Saturday, January 10, from 9.30 am until 12.00 pm, at Woodinville High School Commons, with a performance for parents scheduled at 11.30 am. The game is on Friday, January 16. The clinic is $50 for those who want poms and a T-shirt, or $40 without them. These items are the same design as those from the summer clinic.
