Fans of classic and vintage automobiles have an event coming up in Kennewick that’s just for them.
The 2026 Classy Chassy Car Show & Shine is scheduled to take place on West Kennewick Avenue, between Washington Street and Dayton Street, in the city’s downtown. The registration fee entitles participant to admission to the car show, a welcome bag, and the chance to have their vehicle judged for a class trophy. The first 200 people to register will receive a free Challenge Coin. Swag includes a commemorative Classy Chassy T-shirt, with other goodies still being determined.
Organizers are encouraging people to register online, as in-person registration will have a very narrow window, from May 22 to May 30 at specific locations.
The show is scheduled for May 30, and registration material can be picked up on show day or the day before. The show officially begins at 2.00 pm and ends at 7.00 pm, with awards presented at 6.00 pm. The registration fee is $35 per vehicle, but early bird pricing is available online. The fee is $25 until April 30. When they design events like this, organizers can use flyer printing to create handouts listing items such as vehicle classes, locations, and vendors.
After the show ends, organizers invite everyone to remain and explore the Historic Downtown, where they can enjoy a meal or entertainment.
