An upcoming event in Kennewick is designed for auto enthusiasts, but is family-friendly and suitable for everyone.
The Historic Downtown Kennewick Partnership is the organizer of the upcoming Downtown Kennewick Classy Chassy Car Show & Shine. The event takes place in downtown Kennewick, and the location will give participants a chance to explore the city as well as the cars on display. There is also an Artist Alley planned, as well as food, vendors of various types, and a street dance.
People who want to check-in or register on the day of the event may do both beginning at 7 am. Vehicles that have been registered prior to the event day cannot park before 7 am. Entry to the show is on Benton Street’s north side, and registration on the day of the event closes at 10 am.
The Classy Chassy Car Show & Shine, as well as the Artist Alley, will take place June 1, from 10 am until 3 pm. The cars will be on display between Washington Street and Dayton Street. Although the show closes at 3 pm, everyone is encouraged to stay until 6 pm, when a lot party is scheduled. The event is free of charge, but there is a $25.00 fee to enter a vehicle.
