People who appreciate tasty food and savor tequila have an event coming up they won’t want to miss.
The Tri-Cities Tequila Festival is a walk-around tasting event that will allow attendees to sample, sip, and shop for Mezcal, margaritas, and tequilas, all while enjoying music and small bites prepared by local chefs. There will be opportunities for photos, and a SWAG bag is promised. The goody bag will contain a program, tasting glass, tote bag with an event logo, and more.
The Tequila Festival is limited to those 21 years of age and over and will be held May 16 at the Benton County Fairgrounds, located in Kennewick. The hours are from 5.00 pm until 9.00 pm. VIP ticket holders will be able to enter at 5.00 pm, and will be entitled to chef bites, ultra-luxury pours (including some rare tastes), and SWAG. The “Enthusiast” ticket buyer will be admitted at 6.00 pm, and will receive chef bites, snacks, a chance to sample 70 spirits, and SWAG.
In addition to the various tequilas, Mezcal and margaritas, music is planned, as are games. Organizers request attendees refrain from wearing cologne or perfume, as it makes it more difficult to appreciate the aroma of the tequilas. They also ask attendees to drink responsibly and have a designated driver.
The venue is located at 1500 South Oak Street, Building #20. When they plan events like this, organizers may use flyer printing to create handouts for attendees, listing vendors.
