Broncos stampede in Kennewick

A stampede is coming up in Kennewick, but instead of kicking up four hooves, these steeds roll along on four wheels.

Owners and fans of the Ford Bronco 4X4 SUV have formed Bronco Clubs throughout the United States, and they frequently get together to celebrate their favorite vehicles.

This year, the Inland NW Bronco Stampede expects to welcome more than 150 Broncos, which makes it the largest roundup of Broncos in Washington State. One hundred vehicles of all generations and types gathered last year, from Bronco Sports to Broncos.

The venue for the Show ā€˜n’ Shine is Columbia Park in Kennewick, which is on the Columbia Rive. Vehicles will be displayed on a six-acre lot that gives attendees great views of the water and the Pioneer Memorial Bridge, with parking on the grass. Trophies will be awarded the first day, after which drivers will enjoy a cruise throughout the area. That evening, the Clover Island Inn, which is the host hotel, will provide a local band.

The following day will give everyone an opportunity to visit the Juniper Sand Dunes, where drivers will find more than seven thousand acres of trails and dunes to enjoy.

The 2024 Inland Bronco Stampede begins May 25 at 10.00 am and winds down May 26 at 6.00 pm. Admission is free. When outdoor events like this are planned, organizers often work with banner printing to create colorful Signs for the celebration.
