SEA Crab House, based in Seattle, is planning to open its second location in Bellevue following the successful launch of its first restaurant in March. The location in Bellevue will be the third of four openings the restaurant is planning for this year, with the fourth one to open in December in Boise, Idaho.
Patta Lorwatcharasophon, founder and CEO of SEA Crab House, said that the eatery in Bellevue will most likely be the second largest one in size and popularity. Lorwatcharasophon added that diners from Bellevue have expressed excitement about the restaurant opening in their city.
SEA Crab House features boils of Cajun-style seafood with sauces inspired by Thai cuisine. It has a unique dining experience that makes every meal lively and appetizing with live crab and lobster on display. The name “SEA” is derived from the flavors and influences of Southeast Asia (SEA), which create a memorable meal for every guest.
Such new restaurants can turn to local Print shops to help promote their new culinary experiences and unique tastes.
Lorwatcharasophon is also known for her support of momprenuers. She has written a book of experience during the pandemic as she developed her new concept in dining while raising a family of four. She is hoping that those who read her memoir will be inspired to take a chance even during the most challenging times.
