Bellevue recently became home to a new branch of Sterling Bank and Trust. The bank has been operating for 34 years and is ranked as a Top Performing Community Bank, with other locations in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
The bank is 2,100 square feet in size and was designed by studio19 Architects of Seattle. Its architecture is unique with an aviation theme for both the interior and exterior to reflect the culture of the Pacific Northwest. The interior has the feel of a lounge in a modern airport, with clean lines, a mix of luxury warm and industrial colors, and generates a feeling of comfort for customers.
Michael Montgomery, President of Sterling Bank and Trust, commented that the bank considers downtown Bellevue to be a growth market as it is well-matched with its target demographic and customer base. The bank has a unique approach in relating to its customers over the long term, offers a suite of niche loan products, and has a strong culture of credit.
One of the bank’s more well-known programs is the Advantage Loan program. It is designed for individuals who have excellent liquidity and credit and need to compete with cash buyers so that they can get a loan approved quickly.
Employees at such new locations may need business card printing, as may banks looking to hire new staff.
