A full 50 years on from its opening, Bellevue College has grown to an enrolment of over 30,000 wants to thank those who helped contribute to the college’s success.
The public is invited to attend the Bellevue College Homecoming Festival next month, where those nominated will be honored. The college’s strong sense of community, along with the many community leaders, alumni, current students, and professors, are among the types of personalities the college is looking to honor at the event
The festival is a family friendly event that will feature food trucks, musical entertainment, and family activities, including a mobile video game truck. Other homecoming activities include a Cake Wars event and golf cart parade.
With a long history such as this, it is likely the college has kept local Print companies busy throughout the year with course Books, Brochures, and newsletter printing. The wide distribution of information related to the college has likely helped in the growth of the institution. Today, Bellevue College is one of the largest higher education establishments in the state of Washington.
With the festival set for October 15, those wishing to make nominations will need to provide a short write-up explaining why they feel their nominee is exceptional and deserves recognition.
