Burger place to open in Bellevue

Dick’s Drive-In plans to open a new location in the Crossroad Shopping Center in Bellevue by the end of this year. This will become the eighth location of the eatery in the Puget Sound area.

Dick’s serves primary hamburgers made from fresh ground beef and USA-certified Angus, on locally made and fresh buns. Fried are hand-cut made from Washington potatoes, and milkshakes are individually whipped and hand-dipped. Such new locations often hire Print shops to create Flyers and other materials with more information about their menu and special offerings.

President of Dick’s Drive-Ins and granddaughter of the namesake Dick Spady, Jasmine Donovan, expressed her thrill in being able to announce this new location. Her grandfather was a long-time resident of the city, so she said that it will be exciting to be returning to Bellevue after almost 50 years. She added that the restaurant is looking forward to serving food to, and creating memories with, its employees, customers, and the community.

Lynne Robinson, mayor of Bellevue, also expressed her pleasure in welcoming Dick’s Drive-In to the Eastside of the city. Robinson said she is a fan of the restaurant and is looking forward to enjoying its shakes, fries, and classic burgers with her family.

Dick’s will be leasing space at Crossroads and hopes to open by the end of the year, depending on permits and construction.
