Bellevue to celebrate summer fun

The Marketplace at Factoria in Bellevue will be hosting several special events and activities this summer.

The featured event will be the Bubble Factoria which will be displays of thousands of bubbles that follow the sounds of upbeat pop music. This display will be in the courtyard every hour from noon to 6:00 pm, lasting approximately 12 minutes, and will take place until Saturday, August 12.

Also, Sarah Robbins has been commissioned by the Marketplace to create a floral mural, 20 feet high by 40 feet wide, which is now on the large wall near Target and Greek Express. The mural serves as the focus for the summer celebration of the arts with an upbeat and colorful selfie station. There will also be a venue of over 30 pieces of art created by students from Newport High School. This will be found near the entrance of the Dim Sum Factory and Walmart.

Lastly, there will be a Kindness Initiative featuring a special selfie location near Panera Bread. This will be a wall with meaningful words for kids to think about as they return to school in the fall. There will also be a contest for people to share the ways they plan to spread kindness, with one person to receive a Target gift card worth $100. This will run from tomorrow (July 28) through Monday, August 30.

Such events and activities are often promoted with banner printing.
