The creators of MamaCon saw a need and are filling it with a two-day event dedicated just to mothers. A relaxing and informative event, MamaCon promises to encompass everything that makes a conference great.
The event starts with a Shop & Sip & DRES Show. Guests can meet for drinks and socializing, enjoy the DRES Show, then spend another hour shopping and chatting. Those planning to attend the next day's conference can pick up their registration packets then.
The next day, MamaCon goes into full swing with numerous mini-workshops on mom-relevant topics. Each workshop will be only 18 minutes long, leaving attendees plenty of time for sipping wine, getting a pedicure, receiving a mini-massage, or simply enjoying the company of other moms.
A variety of vendors will be on hand with numerous products designed to make life easier for moms. To ensure they receive the optimum value from the conference, attendees are encouraged to pick up handouts, perhaps supplied by local Stationery printers, for those vendors.
The venue is the Bellevue Hotel. All mothers who are at least 21 years of age are welcome, and can leave the kids and partners at home. The Shop & Sip & DRES Show is from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm this Friday, May 16.
