The Garden d’Lights is now open at the Bellevue Botanical Garden.
This event is well-loved in the community and features over a half a million sparkling lights shaped like flowers, plants, animals, and birds in a whimsical manner, along with a meandering river, set amongst the beauty of the garden. In addition to the lights there is live music from groups in the area on select nights. Tasty treats at the Shorts House and hot drinks by the Copper Kettle Coffee Bar are available for purchase. There are also gifts for purchase at the Trillium Store.
The presenting sponsor this year is Amazon. Bellevue Parks and Community Services partners with the Bellevue Botanical Garden Society to maintain the garden throughout the year and produce the Garden d’Lights.
Such special annual events can be promoted throughout a city and surrounding communities with poster printing.
On nights when there is general admission, tickets are $8.00 per person with the show running from 4:30 to 9:00 p.m. From Monday December 2 through Thursday December 5 and Monday December 9 through Thursday December 12, ticket prices are specially discounted at $5.00 per person. There is no charge for children under 12 years old. Tickets are specific to the time and date.
The Garden d’Lights runs through Tuesday December 31 and is closed on Christmas Day.
