Bellevue company releases new software for team members

TraQiQ, Inc,. located in Bellevue, has launched a new product that will enable companies to increase the loyalty of their gig workers by gamifying the communication experience.

Gig worker companies hire freelancers and independent contractors to offer temporary flexible jobs and to reduce the number of full-time employees.

The new product, KringleCrowd, provides a platform that enables companies to build a following in their community with broad-base social media. Among the features of the new product are the ability to monetize gamification and relationships with points and tokens and to provide two-way communication within the community. Printing services are often used to create materials with more information about the features and implementation of such platforms.

TraQiQ has a Mimo subsidiary with a network of 14,000 gig workers who provide several services, including last-mile delivery. KringleCrowd monitors issues faced by those in the network and sends out quizzes on issues related to workplace conditions, mental health, compensation, and interpersonal issues. As team members respond to these quizzes, issues are flagged and the appropriate team member in management is alerted and can respond. This enables management to be aware of the mental and physical wellbeing of their people and to proactively build suitable solutions.

This new product is expected to be deployed by TraQiQ throughout its entire Mimo network in the company’s fourth quarter.
