Bank of America acquires new office space

Bank of America (BoA) has been working to improve office utilization and better collaboration between different lines of business within the company. As a step in that direction, the finance giant has signed a lease with Kemper Development to obtain over 70,000 square feet of office space.

The new location is the 400 Lincoln Square building, which will enable BoA to locate several teams that involve the U.S. Trust landing several Merrill Lynch lines of business. It is likely the bank is busy working with a Print company to update a variety of business Forms to ensure a smooth transition to the new location.

BoA is a partner in supporting downtown Bellevue’s continued development and is a fundamental part of the community. The bank has announced that both clients and employees are excited it this effort to bring the teams together, and believe that united them in one location will help provide better support to clients.

The bank offers wide-ranging financial services and having a central location will provide ease for customers. The location itself provides straightforward access for the many businesses and individual clients to whom the bank provides services.

It is not clear when the company will actually move into the building, but the bank will be located on the top three floors of the 31-story tower. The tower will host a variety of offices, restaurants, and stores, and will provide amenities for those who lease space within it.
