LinkedIn workshop to benefit Glen Allen realtors
The Women’s Council of Realtors, Richmond network, will host the Let's Get LinkedIn workshop in October to help Glen Allen realtors learn how to effectively use and benefit from the LinkedIn platform.
The Richmond network's Women’s Council of Realtors is a network of realtors that helps businesswomen in the Richmond area succeed. The organization advances the leadership capabilities of these women, supporting their contributions in the industry and the community. Being a well-established entity, the council attracts high-quality speakers to educational workshops that benefit its members and advance these goals.
Peter Larsen of Cobb Technologies will lead the upcoming LinkedIn workshops. He is a senior business improvement specialist and a dynamic motivational speaker that has earned numerous accolades from area business associations. Using his expertise, he will guide attendees through the ins-and-outs of the LinkedIn platform. Participants will get the chance to look at real LinkedIn profiles and learn what differentiates an average profile from a great one. The workshop will also be highly interactive, with attendees encouraged to share ideas and collaborate with their peers.
The Let’s Get LinkedIn workshop is scheduled for October 6 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. It will be $25 to attend, with the venue located at 1000 Technology Park Drive.
Career-related workshops often lead to networking opportunities for participants, making it important to have business cards on hand.
