Business expo to host keynote from governor

The Business to Business Innovation Expo and Legislative Reception, presented by the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, is to take place tomorrow.

The expo will feature a luncheon, a keynote address by Lt. Governor Bill Boiling, a business-to-business expo, training seminars, and a legislative reception. It will give local businesses the chance to introduce themselves and their products or services to their business peers, as well as to the general public. It will also allow local businesspersons the chance to find out what the current state government is doing for them.

Business owners can rent a table for $250 for chamber members or $500 for non-members, or a booth for $500 for members or $750 for non-members. No doubt many of these Alexandria business professionals will be investing in services like sign and banner printing to help make their table or booth stand out from the crowd. They might also want to invest in a new business card printing order so they do not run out of cards to exchange with their entrepreneurial peers.

The event will take place at the Holiday Inn, Old Town on tomorrow afternoon, May 23, from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Tickets for the entire day are $149, while those for the lunch and expo alone, or the expo and reception alone, is $99 and tickets for the legislative reception alone are $65.
