The upcoming Fourth Annual Well Ray Festival is a family-friendly wellness event, designed to encourage everyone in the community to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
The Del Ray Business Association, an organization of community-minded local professionals and business owners, returns this year with its health-focused festival that promises to offer plenty of advice, demonstrations, and fun. The booths lining Mt. Vernon Avenue will include health and fitness related items and services. Attendees can shop for clothing, do some yoga, or join in on a CrossFit or dance class. There will even be prizes and giveaways throughout the event.
A variety of health services will also be on-hand. Guests can get a professional massage or acupuncture, learn about better nutrition, or discover the health benefits of meditation. Blood pressure screenings and wellness coaching are also available.
The list of vendors continues to grow as more organizations join the effort. Anyone interested in becoming a vendor can visit the festival website for an application. All health-related businesses or organizations that would like to offer relevant Promotional Products or demonstrations during the festival are welcome to become a part of the event.
The festival will take place this Saturday, June 23, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Mt. Vernon Avenue in Del Ray. There is no admission fee for the event, nor any cost to take part in many of the activities.
