Tyler Junior College is currently holding registration for the spring semester. Students can register both online and on campus.
The college has a new culinary arts program and will be offering two certificates and an associate degree for those interested in the food service industry. The program will begin this spring.
A free information session will be held this evening (January 8) from 6:00 to 7:00 pm. on the main campus of Tyler Junior College in the Pirtle Technology Building. The session is limited to 20 attendees, so registration is required for the session.
The use of brochure printing is one way for students to retain more detailed information about such programs and their academic requirements.
The college will also be holding a Registration Rally for students to meet with advisors without an appointment and register for classes. The Rally will be held this Wednesday, January 9, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Thursday, January 10 from noon until 8:00 pm. Classes for the spring semester begin next Monday, January 14.
Over 130 certificate and degree programs are offered by the college, including a new Bachelor of Applied Technology in medical systems and healthcare technology, and extensive technical and training programs. The college is also known for its performing arts programs and nationally ranked athletics teams.
