Tyler Junior College (TJC) will be hosting its Apache Preview Day events on campus this month.
On Apache Preview Days, students who are considering attending TJC and their parents will be able to get a close look at the vibrant campus community and the college’s academic programs. Those who come to campus will be able to take guided tours of the campus, get an overview of the college, visit the many campus organizations and activities, and hear from those in housing, enrollment, admissions, and financial aid. Students will also be able to apply for and submit their applications for admissions and their documents for financial aid. The campus store will also be opened so that purchases of TJC gear can be made.
Colleges often turn to local Print shops for the printing of materials so that students can have access to convenient physical references once they leave campus.
A parent of a TJC student said that Apache Preview Day was significant for both herself and her daughter. At the end of the day, she said that she felt confident in the ability of the college to deliver a quality education and both she and her daughter were very excited about this new journey. She added her encouragement of students and parents to attend this event and to become more familiar with the college and its staff.
The event will run the week of April 12 through April 16.
