Tyler Junior College (TJC) has named Adam Palacios as dean of TJC North in Lindale.
Such roles typically require business card printing services, as they often involve meeting others and exchanging professional contact information.
In this position, Palacios will oversee the strategic direction and operations of TJC North to ensure that the college meets the educational needs of communities of Lindale and Northeast Texas. He will also endeavor to expand partnerships with local stakeholders to support initiatives in workforce development.
Palacios was born and raised in Tyler and earned two associate degrees from TJC. One of these degrees is in multimedia marketing and production and the other in television and radio broadcasting. He was an adjunct professor at TJC beginning in 2021, teaching mass communications. He attended East Texas A&M University to earn his Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences and Cappella University to earn his Master of Business Administration. This month he will receive his Doctor of Business Administration from Liberty University.
He was previously the director of business and industry partnerships at the college. In this position he created collaborations between local industries and the college to enhance workforce programs that align with the economic needs of the region.
Palacios served on many committees at TJC including the Student Success Committee, the House Bill 8 Committee, and the TJC West Master Plan Committee.
