The Grandscape mixed-use development in The Colony recently announced its latest tenants, which include a combination bookstore and craft-beer outlet, as well as Japanese food and go-karts.
Andretti Indoor Karting and Games will be an indoor amusement center across a total of 110,000 square feet and two stories. There will be over 120 arcade games, superkarts that can travel up to 35mph, racing simulators enhanced with virtual-reality technology, and an indoor ropes course.
There will also be the Andretti Grill, which will feature food made to order. Signature items like slow-smoked ribs and brick oven-cooked pizza will be available.
A Korean touch added to Japanese cuisine will be the highlight of the Akira Back restaurant. The chef of the same name has other locations of his restaurant in New Delhi, Jakarta, and Singapore, and this is his first in the United States. The eatery should be open next year.
Windmill Craftworks will feature music, Books, craft beer, and food. Steve Graham of Stellar Development, the developer of Grandscape, said that the location will have thousands of books and will offer eclectic and robust live music. It is also expecting a 2018 opening.
Such developments often benefit from the assistance of a banner printing company to make the community aware of any new establishments and their expected opening dates.Get a Free Quote for Books
