New apartment complex to come to The Colony

JPI has broken ground on Jefferson Grandscape II in The Colony.

This will be a five story building with 277 units on Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive. The cost of the project is $77,837,000 and is financed in partnership with Nebraska Furniture Mart. QuadReal is also offering lending support.

The new apartment community will have 11 studios, 172 units with one bedroom, 86 with two bedrooms, and eight with three bedrooms. It will be designed with a masonry façade.

Featured in the 277 units will be pendant lighting, smart home devices, blinds and flooring in a wood style, stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops with ceramic tile backsplash, and spacious closets. Walk-in pantries, mud rooms, dual vanities and separate showers, flexible and den space, private balconies and patios will be offered in select units.

The community will offer many amenities including courtyards with fire pits, a resort-style pool with sundecks and loungers, and a sky lounge with an outdoor terrace. Convenient access to Grandscape will also provide convenient access to a wide range of entertainment and shopping options.

Such new developments can leverage professional brochure printing to provide details on their features, amenities, and unique selling points thereby giving potential residents a clear and informative overview of what such communities have to offer.

The project is expected to be completed by January 2028.
