Several upcoming additions and high-profile openings have been announced by GrandScape in The Colony.
Currently under construction is Costco. The warehouse retailer adds an everyday retail component to the major identity of GrandScape as a destination for entertainment. Costco is expected to open this fall.
The Rustic is a restaurant and venue for live music that comes from Dallas. It is known for it dishes which are grilled on wood and made from scratch and performances at night that make an experience out of dining. The restaurant is expected to open this summer and will strengthen the growing live entertainment offerings at Grandscape.
The flagship location of TOCA Social will be coming to GrandScape. Eddy Lewis, a veteran of the United States World Cup, founded the establishment which blends gameplay inspired by soccer with craft cocktails, chef inspired cuisine, and large-scale viewing of matches. It plans to open early this month.
The Surf Lounge at PopStroke will transform what was once the space occupied by Fireside Surf into a reimagined open air social venue. A poolside lounge setting designed for private events, everyday guests, and Surf Members will be added to its two 18-hole golf courses as well as a full-service restaurant and on-course drink service. This will be opening early in the month.
