Hamburger chain to open inaugural Texas location in The Colony

The Grandscape development in The Colony will become home to a location of White Castle, making this shop the first one in the state. Grandscape is a large mixed-use development near Destination Drive and State Highway 121.

White Castle is based in Ohio and is known for its small square hamburgers. This location in The Colony is part of continued growth outside of the Midwest. This location in The Colony will be serving the chains full menu and offering its iconic dining experience.

Such sites often rely on banner printing to make residents aware of upcoming dining establishments.

White Castle has been in business for more than 100 years. There is a loyal following for its crinkle cut French fries, sliders, and serving late night diners.

This expansion is especially meaningful for North Texas, where national chains frequently choose to test their first Texas locations due to the area’s rapid population growth and strong retail momentum. Grandscape, one of the nation’s largest mixed-use developments, continues to attract major brands and destination restaurants. The project represents a major milestone for the brand as it enters one of the largest fast-food markets in the country.

Once this location is open, it is expected that it will create between 80 and 100 jobs. Construction is expected to take place for an opening this summer.
