New entertainment venue to come to The Colony

A new immersive entertainment venue, Cosm, will be coming to Grandscape in The Colony.

Cosm is a global technology company and its curved LED screen display and proprietary dome will provide guests with a unique experience for a concert, sporting event, or nature presentation that will bridge the gap between physical and virtual realities. More information about such upcoming high-tech experiences is often outlined with flyer printing.

The facility is on three levels and will be between 65,000 and 75,000 square feet. It will be able to accommodate about 1,500 people and will have an LED screen with a diameter of 87 feet.

The first level will be an area for standing room with minimal dynamic seating for select productions. There will be tiered seating on the second level with lounge-type chairs. The third level will be more for socializing and will have a bar and an open deck.

Jeb Terry, CEO of Cosm, said that every level of the facility will be high style. He said the goal of the facility is to have the best immersive experience in the world. Terry added that compared to actual concerts or sporting events, the price for admission to Cosm will be reasonable.

The flagship location of the company is in Salt Lake City, but this is a smaller version of the space that will be coming to The Colony.
