New apartment units started at The Colony

The ground has been broken on Jefferson Morningstar by the developer JPI in The Colony.

This will be a garden-style multifamily community of 373 units and four stories high. This development will be the first partnership of JPI with Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which is an important milestone in the development of this area of the country. The original owner of the land, Yoram Avneri, is also part of the partnership in this project.

Jefferson Morningstar will have a range of apartments with one, two, and three bedrooms in addition to studio units, so as to fill the needs of a broad spectrum of residents. Amenities will include a dog park, fitness center, a clubhouse overlooking a resort-style pool, and co-working spaces as well as high-end finishes in each unit. It will be located close to major employers in the region of Dallas-Fort Worth as well as those in Frisco and Plano.

Such new developments often benefit from brochure printing to promote their amenities and other features.

Central Region Development Partner at JPI, Aaron Douthit, expressed his thrill about bringing this development to The Colony. He added that this will be in a community that is increasingly attracting businesses and residents and will help to meet the growing demand in the region for high-quality housing.

Leasing for Jefferson Morningstar is expected to be available in 2027.
