Gas Monkey Icehouse is now open at Grandscape in The Colony.
This is a new concept from Richard Rawlings, a native of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area and automotive icon. It is a revival of the Gas Monkey brand and enables guests to enjoy cold beer, good food, and an enjoyable experience.
Rawlings is the founder of Gas Monkey Garage and is collaborating with Reach Hospitality to launch and manage this establishment. Rawlings will be the face of the brand while Reach will support the endeavor with their operational expertise to ensure that Gas Monkey Icehouse becomes a major destination in the area.
Gas Monkey Icehouse spans close to 13,000 square feet and has an outdoor courtyard of 3,210 square feet. It can seat 340 people, with 220 inside and 120 outside. It features two bars, one indoors and one outdoors; a façade inspired by the Alamo that celebrates Texas pride, and a large custom neon sign centerpiece in the courtyard. Gas Monkey Garage custom built many of the furnishings using repurposed industrial materials.
Such new establishments can benefit from flyer printing to promote themselves and their unique offerings throughout a community and surrounding neighborhoods.
Gas Monkey Icehouse is open seven days a week serving lunch and dinner with brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
