Patisserie opens second Dallas store

Le Rêve Patisserie & Gelato, the highly popular dessert shop in North Dallas-Preston Hollow, has cloned itself and now has a second location in Mockingbird Station, about five miles from the Stemmons Freeway.

Like its parent store, the new location will offer a wide variety of croissants, gelatos, sorbets, and pastries along with specialty coffees and an assortment of other beverages. The new store also features some new menu items.

Banner printing services are considered instrumental in successfully introducing a new business.

Le Rêve, which means “the dream” in French, came into being in 2022 when Andy Pham, then only 22 years old, merged an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for European desserts and specifically French pastry.

Pham came by his love of French pastries naturally, as both sides of his family are native to Southwestern Vietnam. Members of his family worked in close conjunction with the French; thereby setting the stage for his appreciation of French cuisine and culture.

The decor of Le Rêve Patisserie & Gelato is inspired by the warm and welcoming ambiance found in patisseries along the Mediterranean and in the South of France. Customers are welcome to linger over their sweet of choice and a cup of coffee and, as the translation of the name suggests, indulge in their own dreams.

The newly opened Le Rêve Patisserie & Gelato is open 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and 11:00 am to 11:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. The business is closed on Tuesdays.
