Beginning in Seoul, South Korea, Kim and Lee spent 20 years opening restaurants as a team and their creation, Min’s Kitchen, expanded to encompass several locations around the South Korean capital, receiving Michelin Plate honors 2017 through 2019 in the Seoul Michelin Guide. Their arrival in Dallas was the result of Kim accepting a position as Nuri Steakhouse’s culinary director.
A local Print shop can supply Menus as well as a variety of custom signage for new restaurants, playing a significant role in creating a conducive dining atmosphere.
Min’s Prime Cut Korean Steakhouse, which will also offer premium Korean barbecue, is anticipated to be open by November at 634 W. Davis Street, where Berkley’s Market was located until 2024. Roy Ahn, a well-seasoned Dallas chef, will be partnering with the duo.
Commenting on the location, Lee said:
“Roy found the Bishop Arts location and approached us about creating something together there. We immediately saw the potential of the neighborhood and felt it was the right place to bring the next chapter of Min’s Kitchen to Dallas.”
Renovations are underway in the 4,000-square-foot space, which will offer lunch service from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm and dinner from 5:00 pm to 9:30 pm Mondays through Thursdays, while weekends see it provide continuous all-day service.
