As part of its expansion into Texas, CleanArc, in conjunction with Crow Holdings, is developing a 245MW data center campus in the Stemmons Corridor.
Clear Arc, a U.S. data center firm, was launched by 547 Energy in 2024, a clean energy investment firm. A real estate development and investment company, Crow Holdings was founded in 1948 and has assets under management in the amount of $34bn. It largely concentrates on industrial and multifamily developments with investments primarily in solar and battery projects.
Ensuring the locals are on board with any large development is most easily accomplished with the help of banner printing services.
The 40-acre site for the data center campus has been owned by Crow Holdings for several decades, and Crow Holdings CEO Micael Levy said:
“This campus reflects the long-term conviction we have held in the Stemmons Corridor and its unmatched connectivity advantages.”
An onsite substation will be part of the development, which will aim for a preliminary delivery of 70MW with an anticipated start date in late 2027.
The goal of CleanArc, led by Vantage Data Centers founder Jim Trout, is said to be the development of hyperscale data center campuses totaling 200 to 700 acres and delivering 300MW+.
According to Crow Holdings, the planned data center campus is a component of an extensive digital infrastructure development strategy with a potential capacity of 3GW.
