Nursery hosts "spring" into gardening event
Green Acres Nursery & Supply has planned a couple of kickoff events to help those in the vicinity of their Melissa and Irving locations get psyched up for spring.
Dallas residents in proximity to the Stemmons Freeway, whether experienced gardeners or only novices, will find the Irving location at 2800 Ranch Trail the more easily accessible of the two. That event will take place 9 am to 5 pm on April 5; the Melissa event will take place one week earlier also 9 am to 5 pm.
Green Acres Nursery & Supply is noted for having an extensive array of flowers, plants, and outdoor living necessities and want-to-haves. Visitors will also find helpful, knowledgeable associates who are always available to offer advice on how to bring their dream garden to life.
Among the items print shops can supply are plant care instructions.
Both the Irving and the Melissa events are open to the public and free to attend. While looking at the various plants and outdoor décor for sale attendees can enjoy live music; play cornhole and other games; participate in kids’ activities, including facepainting; attend planting demonstrations and enjoy free raffles and giveaways.
Local vendors will be on hand offering outdoor living and garden related products as well barbecue from One90 Smoked Meats, and a lemonade stand. Additionally, there will be exclusive in-store sales.
The Green Acres Nursery & Supply event is family-friendly activity.
