The Steinbridge Group plans are to build 180 new houses in the neighborhood of Capella Park. The development will be comprised of three-bedroom townhomes built on 15 acres acquired from the Clay Academy Charter School and the Potter’s House Church in 2022. The proposed project will extend the current Capella Park area in an answer to community feedback lamenting the lack of residential buildings in that part of the city.
Developers have multiple uses for printing services including signage, employee handbooks and numerous branded materials.
Founder and CEO of the Steinbridge Group Tawan Davis explained:
“Housing remains a scarce resource across too much of the country, and our investment strategy aims to directly support high quality homes for America’s families.”
The development’s plan includes material sourcing and a green energy design that will contribute to its environmental sustainability. It is anticipated that around 175 new construction and subsidiary jobs will be created to complete the vertical development and infrastructure.
The Dallas CPC’s approval is the final hurdle for the Capella Park expansion project as the proposed development is already in alignment with existing zoning requirements.
