New Dallas development to bring living, working, and playing together
Dallas’s Preston Center is set to gain a new mixed-use development combining residential, office, and retail space.
Named for its location, 8300 Douglas will, according to the developers Ramrock Real Estate and Lincoln Property Company, prioritize friendly streetscapes complete with tree-lined walkways, green spaces, and outdoor dining patios. Ramrock Real Estate President Robert Dozier said:
Among the many products printing services offer are floor graphics, which can be used to impressively display a building’s name either inside or outside.
Situated at 8300 Douglas Avenue at the Westchester Drive and Luther Lane intersection, the project will spanning approximately 300,000 square feet in a 12-story office tower. Adjacent to the office tower will be a 17-strory residential tower containing 147 high-end units.
The ground floor will offer 24,000 square feet for restaurants and retail establishments, and on the roof will be a 35,000-square-foot park. A six-level parking structure, with convenient access to the Dallas North Tollway, will contain 1,000 parking spaces.
The goal of the 8300 Douglas project is to set a new live-work-play standard for Dallas. Among the amenities offered will be a tenant lounge, full-service health club, catering kitchen, wine room, and conference facilities.

"This isn't just about premium space; it's about a complete lifestyle integration. Tenants are demanding Class AA space with amenities that rival those of a luxury hotel, along with seamless, walkable access to high-end dining and retail.”
