In Dallas, the Oak Cliff neighborhood’s East Dock complex, the site of a former ice manufacturing and storage facility, there will be two new restaurant concepts opening early this spring.
The East Dock building, which dates back to 1915, is being reimagined as a mixed-use complex; already Archon Weightlifting and Abdias Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu have opened here. It was recently announced that two new restaurants concepts would be debuting here in early spring. Lola’s Cantina and Snacks and a sushi restaurant called Bite.
Newly opened casual restaurants often turn to flyer printing services to advertise themselves.
Lola’s Cantina and Snacks will build on the owner Elias Pollo Corral’s “Snackateria” concept which was in operation nearby until December when the business was flooded out of its previous location.
Mason Ho’s Bite is a new sushi concept that will serve high-quality, affordable sushi in a relaxed environment. The restaurant, which stylizes its name as “BITE”, will offer nigiri ranging $6-$8, maki rolls from $6-$14 and sashimi running $12-$22. Three item flights will also be served based on the patron’s fish preferences. Bite will be open for lunch and dinner and will offer outdoor area seating as well as an open kitchen.
A “walking dinner” will be held on April 11 to enable the restaurants to show off their offerings with an official grand opening to take place in May.
