Pop-up brings food and drink to Dallas CultureMap City Rink

A partnership between CultureMap Dallas and DRG Concepts is ensuring that skaters at the Downtown Dallas CultureMap City Rink, as well as those who come to watch them, will have rinkside food and drinks.

The Dallas-based DRG Concepts is a restaurant group that conceived Chop House Burger, Wild Salsa, and Wicked Butcher. Rudoph’s Rinkside Café has the same warm hospitality feel that DRG has brought to all of its eateries, even if this one is outside. Its Mexican hot chocolate and freshly made churros as well as its other food and drink options are an added bonus for those coming to Main Street Garden to enjoy the rink and the city’s Christmas Tree.

Banner printing services are not only for informing the public but also creating an exciting atmosphere.

In a statement Nafees Alam the CEO of DRG Concepts said:

“With Rudolph’s Rinkside Café, we’re extending our love of downtown into an open-air fun activation of our culinary — combining food, community, and celebration in the heart of the city."

Rudolph’s Rinkside Café opened with the official Tree Lighting Ceremony the day after Thanksgiving and will remain open along with the rink through January 5, 2026. The food menu includes Chicken Sliders, Kettle Chips, Chicken, Beef and Breakfast Tacos, Nachos Queso, while the beverage options are Spiced Cider, Hot Chocolate and Eggnog. For dessert there are Churros and S’mores.
